Staff Nurses

The Staff Nurse at Birat Nursing Home will be responsible for providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to patients across assigned units. The role involves patient assessment, medication administration, monitoring patient progress, and supporting doctors in clinical procedures while maintaining hospital standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to patients as per doctor’s orders and nursing protocols
Monitor and record vital signs and patient condition
Administer medications and injections safely
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing notes
Ensure infection control and patient safety standards
Educate patients and attendants regarding care and recovery
Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and support staff
Respond promptly to emergency situations

• Educational Qualification:
• PCL Nursing or Bachelor of Nursing (BN / B.Sc. Nursing)
• Valid Nursing Council registration
• Experience:
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Prior hospital experience will be an advantage
